Could you try adding the phrase again

and see if the error happens. It sounds to me like a server error which would make it a problem on my end (fnar fnar)

the page opens with that warning in the middle of the layout

pressing the submit a phrase button does nothing more but change the http in the warning

hmm

seems to be a problem with redirecting the page. Might be a setting that refuses webpages to open a different page in the page header. Which could be a firewall thing or a browser thing or a number of things :(
