Indeed. If you ever cook meatballs in tomato sauce to go with pasta one night,always make more meatballs and sauce than you need. Save some, together with enough of the tomato sauce to top a pizza and save in the fridge for a couple of days later. Top the pizza with the sauce, diced meatballs, mushrooms, and some nice smoked cheese (a nice applewood, or even just the austrian smoked stuff that most supermarkets stock). Best pizza ever!
