# Strange, though I must confess I've experienced similar
My cat chased a small mouse under a plant pot on little clay feet in the garden and was growling and hissing like crazy. I picked the plant pot up to let the cat get it over with and didn't see anything so I put the pot down. My mistake was, apparantly, not checking twice on a dark night because the next day my nan wanted to know why there was a flat mouse under one of her plant pots. The cat just sat and looked confused and angry at the time.

dumb mice! like pinky from pinky and teh brain :o)

i always know when the cat brings in a mouse/rat cos he meows differently, much more deeper and weirder and he doesn't stop....
