you'd be suprised, but i actually put a lot of work in.
working from home does save considerable overheads too
i like architecture, but found my niche was more in the technical/building side and client relations, although doing this
for myself, I get to do a little of everything, contract work, negotation,claim disputes, deisgn, drafting, detailing, tendering, the whole lot really, and
dont whack up a huge student debt doing it
