even used it myself for my load screen. You can download this and hundreds of loadscreens from stardock using wincustomize BootSkin
(I'm not saying you did not make this, I'm saying it's bin dun in all the colours of the rainbow )

you have to have made it, as you can't copy a bootscreen file to jpg. I'm just saying I have seen it before as a bootscreen so not novel to me. No offence meant.

it was marketed as a knight rider bootscreen. I have no idea if they are still around, I've not used bootscreens for a couple of years. They are certain death for windows eventually
