[challenge entry] will anybody recognize this?

edit: it's scorched earth. A funky bomb's just gone off. i can't be the only one to have played Scorch, can I?

I had it for the Spectrum and it was all in monochrome, apart from the missle tracking lines which were white and colour clashed

that was my favourite game for many years.

and yes of course funky bombs were the best.
along with those weapons that sprayed a load of 'earth' so you could bury people.
