even before you get to thatpoint if anybody ever bothers to read their terms of service you will see that using their service to harras and abuse via any medium, be it mail, messageboard orwebsite hacking is a breach. Just 1 mail that proves abuse will have his Internet service provider dump him, it just has to be handled properly.
