This week, I've been pretty busy.
Hence the lack of fine quality pictures and animations from me here..
I also have a habit of involving myself, or being 'volunteered' for work, in my professional associations. Much of which I do in regular work time, HAH!
edit: you call this work?

fair enough
I guess I meant that you seem to do a lot more than enforcing the dewey decimal system and keeping kids from chatting to loudly. My suprise was with the variety of your responsabilities.
I'm curious, I've always considered working in a library.

As to what a librarian does
(apart from shirking on t'interweb)
In my present position I mostly keep things running (2iC).
Reference work, circulation-type stuff, cataloguing, IT support, training other staff and students.. and looking down students' blouses.

It helps I'm working again in a subject area I enjoy.
The last couple of years before this were a kind of creeping hell.
I assume you've read Kafka..

sorry to hear it
for some reason I decided to read like six of Kafka's short stories one week. I hardly ever read anything. I pick up a lot of stuff, think it's great, and then leave it alone for three months. The only other author whose works I've persued like that was Mark Twain.
