Oh, and I was also really chuffed to have saved these gorgeous Penguin books.

# Ive been on a ghost walk.
It was spoilt slightly by the fact that all the stories were completely made up. How do I know you ask?

Well, each story was given a date ("At this spot in XXXX" etc). I did some research - Turns out the town was built 2 years AFTER the latest of these given dates.

I cant remember how much it cost, but suffice to say it was too much.

# This one was four quid, and there was a story I've heard elsewhere.
I was suitably impressed, and enjoyed the night - complete with pranksters jumping out from behind walls, hedges etc.

# I think the one I went on was very amaturish.
Either the whole thing was new, or they had a new guide.

# It started in Castle Square, and finished in the Bailgate area...
... if you know Lincoln at all. Would definitely take a bash round, well... maybe. Some good pubs in the area.

# Lincoln Cathedral is a beautiful building
If you can ignore the fact that it was built to strike fear into the hearts of all potential heathens, that is. ;)

# It is stunning, and I love the fact you can see it bloody miles away.
My one complaint is that they've made the new masonry one the front look too new, in comparison to the rest.
I'd have dirtied it up a bit! I think there's some Da Vinci stuff on my Flickr from there.
