I prefer the word 'keen'I brought back about 12 kilos of smoked salmon I caught myself --- all the way from lully Canada.
(cost a fucking bomb in fuel, camping, licenses, and food and stuff to catch, and then a load to get some candied, and a decent smoking which you cant do yourself without it tasting chemicallly)
