If it's on Sony and it's got DRM/copy protection on it...Then chances are it probably will. My advice, don't install the crappy copy protectiong rubbish. I just rip albums like that to my hard drive using CDEX without trying to play the CD and i have no problems.
Kaiser chiefs are terrible, just like 98% of all the indy crap that's out these days.
