hopefully teh cat will turn up.. the missus`s mum`s cat (who is blind) disappeared for nearly a week, but was found

- put up a few 'lost' notices, offering a reward (of a 3 quid bottle of wine.. but they don`t know that!)

Our old family cat once disappeared for two weeks,

and I've heard of cats vanishing for months and then strolling back in again. You never know.
