Oh we were taught it from an earlyage, but it was just a story meant to instill a sense of resonsibility and civic pride or something. Not meant to be taken literally. If it was a reall story then being Dutch it would have been a 12ft man named Jeroen who had his dick in a hole in the wall leak or no leak. ;)
