probably because its the least used key, I recon it feels a bit neglected.

I urge you to all to press your scroll lock keys to make them feel wanted.

I usually remove the insert key. It irritates me

# The only times I've seen it used are;
in excel, it changes the cursor keys into scrolling keys (rather than move between cells)

and some KVM's use it to switch between PC's (prolly because its not used for much)
