Heard on the radioabout a newish craze in Japan... apparently there are shooting galleries in malls where you can go to fire really heavy-duty handguns, 44 magnums and suchlike. They give you some very basic instructions... one of the people talking was an instructor, and he'd had an hour's training. Before that, he'd never even fired a handgun. Scary stuff.
