Thai Green curry consisting of Aubergine, Sweet Potato and Thai Pea Aubergines with rice.

Lordy. It was one of those that it just that right side of spicy-tasty that leaves you salivating joy-spit for hours aftewards just at the mere thought of eating it again.

I need something for afters though.

get her to make some ravioli with them; creamy mashed potato makes a great filling and you can have a variety of sauces on them
