2. install greasemonkey
3. click on helpy script
4. click on box at top of screen saying "install this script"
5. re-start FF
6. ...

the regular reply screen comes up if you've missed out either the title or body line of your message (ie, you meant to put in a couple of spaces to leave it blank but didn't)

# you have to upgrade ff to v 1.5
after that there are good instructons under 'click here to find out how' in the top right of the page the FP links to.

You will loose the GC dearch plug in though - and it's impossible to find again :(
