Hello Derwent.Well, so far today I've been on two buses. One of them was bendy. I arrived at work. Made and ate some toast with lashings of butter and marmite. Had a cup of coffee. Hada glass of water. And now, I'm going out for a fag. Nice to meet you.

I had 3 weetabix and a banana for breakfast
I forgot to kiss my good lady goodbye so I'll be in trouble for that.
I nearly killed another driver when I pulled out in front of him on the M4.
I was nearly killed when somebody else did the exact same thing to me.
I got to work before my boss, so that was a bonus.
I have a stiff neck.
I've had 3 mugs of tea, but have not yet made one myself so probably my turn next
I got a bit frisky wehen a female colleague showed me a bruise on her thigh
I've eaten an apple.
My eyesight is blurry.
I have a sore jaw for some reason or other.
I can't concentrate on my work as my boss is nattering to somebody about account plan maintenance.
I've just realised that this isn't a blog* so I'll shut up
*I don't have a blog - maybe I should get one
