i made the elroy one in november of 03.
this is pretty much what my animations are like now.

mostly i spend about 20-30 minutes on each animation, or if it's one that i want to make good i'll work on it for about 40-45 minutes every once in a while until i forget about it. i really should go back and finish all the animations i never finished.
