use flash to draw in. Its amazing. I'm still totally retarded where flash is concerned.
The problem with knowing people who are great at it, is that it puts you off learning. You kind of think - wellll, I'll get them to do it instead.

in flash is ace, and then once you've filled something you can drag that area and only colour in inside that selection. it's so much easier that illustrator - or at least it was easier for me to get to grips with! I think that feature was being stuck into illustrator when they bought macromedia though
