came with PSP from versions 5 to 9. It was discontinued some time ago at version 3.5 ( I think ). Sadly ( because it's quick and handy ) it does not come with Corel's PSP ( version 10 ).

If you want to get into animation proper you should have Adobe photoshop that comes with a version of Imageready and/or Ulead Gif Animator 5 which is the bollocks. All this costs cash of course unless you know the upload codez in which case it is all free.

If you would like some free software without the upload codez then you have to settle for less.
