other anims, while not as much of a ripoff as that one (which is billed as "Punk Kittens!" by the way.. hmm) are decidedly Veitchesque, such as this one.

Well, the idea is identical, the background is similar
and the spectators are identical. The song however is shitter.
Imitation is indeed the sincerest form of flattery - often on this very message board people do the ideaspazz and knock up new versions of old favourites. The difference is there's usually either explicit or implicit (as in "everyone knows xxxx person originally did this so no need to put it") credit given.
I don't know. I suppose I don't like the idea of these dire sites stealing the b3tan hummus ;)
