
Really. It's called Ray Dream Studio. It's ancient as hell but it has some interesting filters that can be applied on it. Another rendering (in cartoon style) is:

The company started out releasing software in the 90's on the Mac. Then ported it to Windows. Then Fractal Design Software bought the software (Ray Dream Studio at that time instead of just Ray Dream Designer which is what it was when it was owned by Ray Dream), then Fractal joined with Meta Software and became MetaCreations and then went out of business and sold all their software. They sold Ray Dream Studio to Carrara which was later bought by Eovia. The latest incarnation of the software can be found at:
