# I generally use the Intel ones
I used to use the Cinepak ones, but when I started using them on another computer, it looked shit.

If you're going to be converting to another format, like mpeg or wmv afterwards, you might aswell just turn use full-frame-uncompressed.

# Use the intel
cinepack, radius or M$ rle ones, they are the only ones _everyone_ has. Radius with 5 frame keyframes is my fave, after Div-x
