# Sorry to thread waste
But does anyone know a way to Unlock a Nokia 3310 mobile phone so it can be used on any network. Without the use of a data cable, and for free. Like get something off line to do it, or a series of button presses like unlocking a dvd player.

Heres the newest coo just to make it a bit more Christmasy.

btw found this for 3310:
Only certain phones seem to work with this code. (To get p and w, keep pressing the star key on the phone.)
#pw+6278372633+:# - (mastercode) Replace the colon with the number 1 or 2 or 3 or 4.
1) Country Lock 2) Network Lock 3) Service Provider Lock 4) Sim Lock.
Then the Phone will reset itself, try all 4 codes.
If the phone says, sim not restricted, then it is not locked.

EDIT: Holly shit. It worked !!!! Thanks a bunch mate, you saved me walking to town tomorrow. Wooo, ill buy you a beer at the next bash i go to. Me sis lives in Kentish Town now so i'll hopefully be able to get there for them.

6210, but the 'e' just had a faster modem in it I think. Haven't tried these yet, but they're under the nokia section at mobile.box.sk; just get to that page and search for 6210.....many goodies await.....

You can get kits for £30, but I found a local independent shop that unlocked it for £5.
