[challenge entry] In the future

Awful hats will be equipped with sensors for detecting the proximity of other awful hats.
Edit: OK, out of respect for the Kaiser, I tried to make a better glow.

of imageready.... it intergreats with tattyshop, and offers you all the control a kitten could need.
