It died after 1 year and 1 week to be fucking precise, with a thesis I was in the middle of writing on it. Now to shout at HP.

a mate of mine just had a 60GB drive dop out after merely 4 months - luckily all it held was his missus' university work and all his movies and mp3s... Nothing "important." :-/
