Have requested and they seem to have agreed that they give out prizes to Viral Creators as well as those who send them in.
If they don't make changes to the next issue I've got free legal services from another blogger and a massive website and a National paper may write it up as well.
They point blank refused to advertise their change of policy in the B3TA newsletter.

never actually thought about the legal side of it. I'm a member of the FSB, and it's legal cover is based on the individual, not the company, and I could have access to £50k's worth of legal cover... I never thought of that option.... :-S
