far too clever for a saturday....much woo in your direction though. I think 'ZOO' have taken your hint about printing your pics, they haven't printed any this week from you, although they have one of mine from a good while back, and they have still cropped the tag...Did you ever get a decent response from them, or indeed, a 'Generation Game's worth' of goodies ;-) ?

Still ongoingjust received their 'goodies' but agreed to receipt as long as they acknowledged this was not the end of the matter.
Have requested and they seem to have agreed that they give out prizes to Viral Creators as well as those who send them in.
If they don't make changes to the next issue I've got free legal services from another blogger and a massive website and a National paper may write it up as well.
They point blank refused to advertise their change of policy in the B3TA newsletter.

never actually thought about the legal side of it. I'm a member of the FSB, and it's legal cover is based on the individual, not the company, and I could have access to £50k's worth of legal cover... I never thought of that option.... :-S
