The one near where I lived was infamous for under-age affairs with the local grammar school boys' schoool, in fact some of the male sixth formers there had bought a flat for the very purpose. Oh the lives of the filthy rich, eh?

Actually we all dated local boys - instead of the boys at the all-boys catholic school our school was affiliated with. I mean, really. Who wants to date a catholic boy?
