# you can save as jpg, it just needs optimising
if using PS, the use Save for Web, and fiddle with the filesize settings to get it under 50k

if using PSP, then use the options button on the save dialog to do the same

if using paint.net, then again, use the slider on the save dialog

if using Paint, then jolly well done in the first place!

The image was made in PS. "Save for the web" is the way to go.
