Arthur Dent and Marvin the Paranoid Androidin a mattress shop. Arthur is looking to buy a new mattress; he's convinced his insomnia is due to poor sleeping conditions and has his eye on a nice king sized memory foam mattress.
Marvin has summoned up the energy to argue that perhaps it's the excess of caffeine causing the insomnia. Arthur is dismissing this as fantasy, and Marvin can't be bothered to further argue.
