I did them all on a tablet.I have used many gfx tablets, and none compare to Wacom for quality - pressure sensitivity, resolution, niceness.

I'd recommend Wacom toothough look out for bargains on them. I got an A5 sized one for the same price as the A6. Though obviously you can get cheaper ones from Trust and various other brands. Even a basic Wacom is cheap though.
