We picked her up form a rescue centre where she'd been for 6 months and was suffering from clinical depression - seriously. Before that she'd been left outside for 2 years because her owner had "grown allergic"

Daisy doesn't back down and has occasional flash backs to 'Nam (or the rescue centre perhaps).
