Doesn't sound good I'm afraid...and there are very few quality CRTs left out there. When my old ViewSonic Pro died there just wasn't anything with that kind of spec available any more for under $1000. I've reluctantly given in and bought an LCD.

relatively...I still prefer a good CRT to a good LCD... I do a lot of graphics work, and I trust CRTs more for photo editing. Still, I'm pleased with what I've got now that I'm used to it.

Interesting..I am pleased to hear that I am not the only one who still prefers the diffused image of a CRT. I too do graphics and some print work.
