All canine behaviour is merely an extension and tranference of natural instinctswhich evolved in the wild, mostly to maintain the social coherence of the pack. The dog is already inclined towards the bouncing motion of the pogo stick as an extension of mating behaviour. It wears the tutu as an extension of all dogs' natural desire to be ballerinas.
