# Took me a moment to find them.
Yay! Anaglyphic Woo!!
It works, but could have more
spread at the top of the cycle.
Looks the same through the whole
fall. Or is that because I have
Red+Green ones, rather than R+B?

# Didn't you have something similar with Costanza?
(, Sun 26 Nov 2006, 5:33, archived)
# Did I?
Not that I recall, but I'm lazy
about keeping track of old posts.
I had planned to do an Anaglyph
or two with something from Doctor
Dyslexia's world-- so I might have.

# awesome.

# its probably better off with red/cyan
im trying out different ones and those seem
the best. plus, image loses a lot in the optimisation ... but thanks for looking !

anaglyphic asbolina, perhaps ?
edit: note to self: make sure to not mix up position of 'g' and 'l'

# Ahh, Cyan, the third option.
I'll try it[Asbolina3D] sometime.
I have some of Dyslexia's characters
that I've been meaning to do in RG3d too.
Riff on Space Ghost episode, but I'm
not that good/fast at anaglyphs yet.

# ..
theres a couple of good tutorials on line, and lots of free software eg (www.stereomaker.net) most of it is geared to having two separate images, whereas here im just offsetting the right image layer and fiddling with the channels. not optimal, but fun.

colour anaglyphs: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anaglyph_image#Anaglyphs_containing_color_information

# I've got some openGL code
that I have plans to make into an iTunes
plugin some day. It has all the options
for viewpoint, glasses, etc. And have
made some sloppy ones in Bryce3D too.
(, Sun 26 Nov 2006, 6:36, archived)
# it is indeed an art
lining up the two images ..
if you make the itunes plugin, make sure to shout it from all the rooftops in here so we can all go google eyed !

# Mac (PPC only, but both OS9's and OSX's) are there...
for several of the ones I've done before.

I have not had the time to update
my compilers to Universal yet.
Nor do I have a working Windows
compiler for the Windows iTunes.

# he reminds me of someone.
i want to say the demon who lived in the head of the guy in 'the head' (i think it was called that), a cartoon that used to be around, but i'm not sure.
(, Sun 26 Nov 2006, 6:13, archived)
# interesting ...
im not aware of that cartoon, but strangely, enough, i had sketched a story where he was seen driving someone from inside their head ..
if you remember more about it ...
(, Sun 26 Nov 2006, 6:19, archived)
# i tried to google for info on the cartoon and failed.
it was from the u.s., aired about eight to ten years ago (i think), and only lasted a year or so. maybe someone here will recall what it was....
(, Sun 26 Nov 2006, 6:30, archived)
# thanks ..
i couldnt find anything either, so lets see if memory bank b3ta can dredge up the info !

# hey, thanks for that downloader. i'll use it.
it was funny in spots, but i can't comment on the whole run of episodes -- i think i only saw three or four. and your creature doesn't look like the alien/demon at all, but i was reminded.
