that reminds me of......those xmas decorations that some hoity-toity store commissioned from somewhere in asia years back. they were supposed to be the typical santa and jesus crap but no-one remembered to tell the non-christian, non-western people who were making them all the details, so all these odd demonlike red glass bulbs were shipped and scared the pants off of people. they ended up being mostly destroyed until they caught on with the ironic and edgy set, who drove the price up significantly for those that remained.
