add each image you want to a new layer and move it to the desired positionthen on each layer, add a layer mask
then click on the layer mask, use a selection tool such as the ellipse with the feathering set quite high
then draw on the layer mask using the selection tool

I'll give it a go.My 'Photoshop for dummies' book is reasonable at explaining what to do but unfortunately you already have to know why you're trying to do it.
