Its from a cartoon in which Dick Dastardly and Muttley try to catch a carrier pigeon.Teamed up with Clunk the mechanic, who used to speak in some odd language that consisted of whoops and bibbles, and some other cunt nobody remembered, they'd build and fly all kinds of insane aerial contraptions in an effort to catch the messenger pigeon. Invariably the planes would always fail and they would plummet from the sky.
