I'm a talentless hack, but I'd suggest that you spend less time on the hair and more on the lips.
With the sunglasses taking away the emotion from your eyes, the only expressive thing left on the face is the mouth.
As much as I realise you've put in a lot of work and done a great job, I have to say that it looks like you're chewing gum.
