Their's also starts on BBC3 at 10:30.. great program, just makes me hungry.

Not seen it or heard of it?.. they kill animals in front of an audience, then butcher, cook and serve there and then!

Even the butcher said that last night. The beef needs to be hung for month to improve quality.
