# while we're on dub down the board
get hold of some prince jammy, king tubby and, if you can, japanese dub band dry and heavy. scientist's stuff is all good. avoid scratch's newer stuff as he's gone mad

# nah - the latest scratch album
is astounding (if not, strictly, music in any conventional sense). Usual fairly poor dub backing, but with LSP ranting three different streams of nonsense from left right and middle channel,all at the same time with no regard to anything else going on.

A perfect present for your gran...like B3TA on vinyl...

# saw him last
year. he had a pink beard, red hair, claimed to be white, carried a mystery bag of death throughout the whole gig and sparked up the biggest spliff, before proceeding to ramble absolute cobblers for an hour. genius.

# incidentally
{advert} if any edinburgh b3tans fancy starting a dub band, give us a shout {/advert}

# ah! you're an edinburghian (or whatever the term is) too!
i'd love to, but my keyboard and guitar skills are somewhat mediocre

# shall we go for "edinb3tan"?
just a thought.

# it's as good as any =)
i've just set up a giant scalextric track in my living room- woo and yay for me!

only one problem atm is that some of this track hasn't been cleaned since the sixties. cruising my classic d-type round the joint isn't as smooth a ride as i'd like...
