it is kind ofIts modelled all as a 3d model and the bats do all move and fly...but as to a 3d, one like you wear glasses to view ...I don't know how to do that

You......render two versions from slightly different camera angles, then make one red, and one (blue/green/cyan). Use video/animation/photo software of your choice to mix the two.
This isn't a very good tutorial but you get the idea, unless you don't.

Most programs have a render option or two for 3d.If you go looking you may find either blue/red or stereoscopic options, then if you don't there's the thing where you put two cameras in there and post the cartoons side by side, then we get to cross our eyes (please, I hate the ones that make you uncross the eyes: MAGIC EYE STUFF SUCKS for the record, ehem) to see it.
Just a thought.
Edit: Good island btw: I love the hidden hand and the background has an Asian look that I like.
