M and Stan is part of my nameI added the dot beacuse it was my first e-mail address and thought it would be funny to have the word dot in it.But it caused nothing but confusion when I told anyone the address! ' mstandot 'at' yadda 'dot com'I had to spell it out! I use it for all my username needs!
