if you get a headache - just drink water
if you feel tired - don't drink caffeine
if you feel dizzy - don't eat sugar
take more (some) exercise
avoid pollution, especially diesel fumes (train stations & traffic buildup)
avoid close proximity to printers, photocopiers ( VOC)
avoid aerosol deodorants and domestic cleaners such as spray bleach etc
get fresh air
it all works

although I thought sick-building syndrome and all that stuff was bunk until I started suffering from it
at its worst I thought I must have a brain tumour or something. Turns out just to be environmental and dietary

including IBS, chronic fatigue, nausea, so on.
I wondered if it might be environmental - but then she confessed that she'd never slept a full night's sleep since she was 12.
I'm getting her to a sleep clinic soon because I reckon lack of sleep could be causing all of it.
