take more (some) exercise
avoid pollution, especially diesel fumes (train stations & traffic buildup)
avoid close proximity to printers, photocopiers ( VOC)
avoid aerosol deodorants and domestic cleaners such as spray bleach etc
get fresh air
it all works

I wondered if it might be environmental - but then she confessed that she'd never slept a full night's sleep since she was 12.
