# i think the idea of eating well and staying fit
isn't to become immortal, but to spend your time on the mortal coil feeling good, and not feeling and looking like shite in a bag

# i agree
they say we all have a milage
and pushing to hard will just ruin your body
for later on in life

i have two friends, both brothers, both great at sport
while at school, but pushed so hard they now are riddled
with bad pains and aches :(

# for the few months when I was eating healthy and doing regular excersise
I didn't actually feel any better... although I did lose some weight

# I donno, I quite liked the idea that I could run more than a few yards before collapsing

# It's all nonsense
I started eating properly again this weekend, thinking it was time I started looking after myself after a couple of years of being very lazy. Sunday night and I come down with flu and feel and look even more like shite in a bag than I did before.

I'm going to have a medicinal bag of chips later.

# better have a nice battered fish with it too
and pour a load of curry on it

have a few beers with it too

just to be sure

# I started a healthy eating thing a while ago
purely to lose some weight, as I already do quite a bit of excersise. Although I now hate going to the gym and have cancelled my membership. Meh.

# I'm putting it down to my new job;
I'm flying down and back each week, so lots of lovely recirculated air on the plane each time.

Still, at least BA give out alcohol on the Friday evening flight home.

# That is actually a good point.
Then again, more time spent eating well and staying fit means less time eating kebabs and monging on the sofa.
