TOAP isn't slated because it's just that, you will usually get complaints if the picture just isn't funny, clever or fluffy.
There have been many TOAP posts that have hit the front page.

and don't I know it. I'm first to admit that some of the shite I've posted has had undeservedly good responses.

A lot of people just leap straight in without first getting a feel for the place. I lurked for over a year before I dipped my toe in but blimey, I knew what it was about by then and what I could get away with.
