it has not been decided yet. i think bovine just came up with the idea today - sometime in july or august, somewhere that's relatively easy for a lot of b3tans to get to, with events & entertainment yet to be thought of! i reckon it'd be ace though, especially since everyone would get to meet so many new folk, so i bunged it in pub scheduler just to solicit some ideas & hopefully get people excited about it.
